Happy, happy New Year!
We are officially in our first week back after the holidays – 2014! Celebrating Christmas and eating sweets pretty much summed up the last two weeks for me. We had a wonderful time off visiting with our friends & family. St. Louis recently got some major SNOW and along with that came extremely cold temps – coldest it’s been for 20 years! I decided since I already work from home that a snow day to me would = staying in my PJs all day. Which I did. 😉 Ryan got to stay home though with an official work snow day! What a treat for me – company!! He would bring me little treats, like a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies (I have been going through sugar withdrawals), yummy hot teas like our favorite, Rooibos tea lattes. He also would remind me to take little breaks from the computer. (See why I love this guy!) So when it came time to work on Angela and Ryan’s wedding I was extremely happy to go back to this wonderfully warm place we called October. Although it wasn’t quite the “fall-look” you imagine with the foliage, the light sure was golden and yummy. Plus Angela introduced jewel tones to my blog feature color palette. LOVE!
Angela wore this sweet little lace + jeweled bolero that had to be specially attached to the inside of her dress. Gah! It was amazing! What a great option for gals who would like to cover their arms. I could seriously photograph these two all day! Before the wedding Angela asked if we could take a few throwback photos since her parents got married in the same church! Scroll to the very bottom to see these oldies but goodies! 🙂
Enjoy the photos! Molly + John are next!
