Overlook Farm hosts their fair share of weddings. But when Ethan, the owner’s son, plans to wed, there is only one place they could possibly have in mind. 🙂 This Spring, the farm turned into an enchanting garden affair with a hint of magical fairy tale. The farm property was once controlled by the King of Spain, with ownership being granted to Nathalie’s family and then and passed along the generations. I think the King would be proud of what Nathalie has created – it is a truly spectacular place!
Lauren + Ethan are so romantically perfect for one another – I love photographing them. They are able to just stare into each other’s eyes, take the moment in and then have a laugh – all without prompting. They certainly have a way with each other, and I adore it!
Ryan and I love going up to Overlook Farm, located in Clarksville, MO and near the Mississippi River. It’s a great weekend getaway + if you like the farm to table experience, this place is for you. Sadly, just a short time before Lauren + Ethan’s big day, the farm was devastated by a fire that destroyed the Clarksville Station (the check-in area + the restaurant + patio/courtyard). You would have never known they experienced such a loss – the place was flourishing and the incredible warm + cozy Avalon House hosted the grand reception.
Enjoy!
