Did you have a nice Thanksgiving? This year was my parent’s turn for a visit, so we packed up and headed to KC. I’ve been gluten-free for almost a year now, so I was feeling a little panicked that I was not gonna be able to have all my favorite fixins’. But my sweet Mama prepared her family recipes with GF substitutes and I bought anything I found labeled “pumpkin” from Whole Foods. 🙂 Everything was perfect – we all have so much to be thankful for this year.
Marie + Rick sure did choose a windy fall day for their engagement. However, I LOVE the wind! It may be somewhat annoying for hair blowing around and your lip gloss getting stuck in it, 😉 but I always just say to try and embrace whatever happens in the moment. These two have been dating since high school and Rick chose the perfect sunset moment on the beach in Naples, FL for the proposal. Just the mention of the word beach and I wish I was back in Bora Bora. I promise to share our vacation photos soon, in the meantime, stay warm and check out these two lovelies!
