Meghan + Ande. Oh, where do I even begin with these two? Their engagement session was an unforgettable beeeeeaut that I thought couldn’t possibly be topped. But I was wrong. Add a sweet gal in a beautiful gown and a handsome Italian in a smart tux and it’s pure sweetness on their wedding day. With Meghan’s special ties to The Botanical Gardens we decided to do their first look + portraits there.
I have some pretty anxious wedding vendors waiting for this wedding! 🙂 Never before seen at the Palladium St. Louis – drapery! For those of you who don’t know, the building is an old laundry facility converted to an event space –with a very spacious + contemporary feel. Usually during an event, over-sized panels that drop from the ceiling divide the room into sections. But for Meghan + Ande’s special day, the Aries Company worked their magic by hanging hundreds of yards of sheer fabric, along with over 70 lanterns + 650 Italian lights – it took them a full day to complete the installation. Guests were able to enjoy the twinkling lights and an Italian family style dinner – a first for the Palladium to host on this grand of a scale. It was amazing to photograph, and I think the guests were pretty much awe-inspired too.
Congratulations to Meghan + Ande!
Enjoy the photos!
