Max 4 Years Old | St. Louis Children Photography

I know the last couple of weeks I’ve been posting a whole-lotta cuteness, but it’s about to get even better. Oh Max! … cute name, cute kid. I have photographed this little guy since he was a newborn and it was when I was really just beginning portraiture (for a real living). Sweet Mom has stuck by my side over the years as I’ve grown as a photographer. Love and thank her so much for all her support! Mom is quite the talent herself! She has written her first children’s book called Wally McBap Needs A Nap! I’m eager to read it myself to see how much Max has influenced this story! 😉

The day started with a 60% chance of rain, and I’m actually so glad it was dark and dreary as it made for such yummy photos!

Max now has a baby brother! In the attempt to get them both together, Mason started to cry. I asked Max to sing him a song to make him happy, in which he did. Twinkle, twinkle, little star was the song of choice and it melted.my.heart! Even though baby Mason wasn’t really happy about making his debut and introduction to the in’s + out’s of a photo session we were able to get a few. 🙂

I think this guy is gonna get framed on my desk as a sweet little reminder of why I chose this profession and how much I truly love the art of photography!

Enjoy!
