Oh don’t you just love this weather we are having?! Lucky couple, Toni + Diego got just that on their late March wedding day. We all know Missouri can teeter on snow, rain or SPRING! Anyway, I guess I’m showing my age by chatting about the weather first.

We really had a lot of fun with this couple! Diego had everyone cracking up all day with his funny little remarks, and Toni is.just.stunning. Period. We started the day out at the Hyatt downtown for their first look, and then headed to Tower Grove Park for some great portraits. Toni wanted to hit the rock structures near the Piper Palm House, but I’m so happy she had a change of heart when she saw the line-up of brides waiting for the same spot. (Ya’ll know me! I need something different!) So this day was a prime example, of finding a hidden gem on.the.spot. I loved the location so much that I just hosted a family session here a few days ago.

This was the first time we had an actual ceremony at Windows on Washington, so that was a nice change of pace. With a quick move of the chairs, the tables were ready for their reception. This is definitely my favorite room at WOW – I guess I love the hardwood floors, the industrial look & feel it has, and of course, those paper lanterns.
